EXCELLENT Based on 43 reviews Posted on Paul Lawrence15 January 2026 Got exactly what I wanted , staff are excellent, well established jewelers of leigh.Posted on Voice of Reasoning Elliott23 November 2024 Amazing service,Had them do something for my boy and they went over and beyond at no extra cost to make sure it fit Lots of great items in stock at very good price.Posted on Tara Cremer19 September 2024 Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish with this team. Cannot recommend them enough! Best jewellers in the area… hands down. Thank you so much for your service and making my dream a reality.Posted on Nathan Hull12 September 2024 The whole team at Warby’s were excellent. I came in to enquire about an engagement ring and I was guided every step of the way. I wanted a custom design ring and I was quite specific with some of the aspects, but Russ talked me through the custom design process and nothing was ever too much to ask. I didn’t feel I was able to accurately describe/draw what I was wanting, so I made a little model of my idea and they used that to create what I wanted! The finished product is beautiful, elegant and expertly crafted and my (now) fiancée loves it! It was an excellent service and the custom ring was produced at a very reasonable price. Thank you!Posted on David Garston30 March 2024 Brilliant service. Very happy with my purchase.Posted on Janet Jamieson9 February 2024 Just bought a diamond & sapphire ring from Warbutons, the customer care i received was exceptional, i was kept up to date on the resizing & it was posted out with special next day delivery. I'm so happy, the ring is just what i expected it to be. Beautiful 🙂.Posted on Tom Morris26 February 2023 I left it rather late to source my wedding band and Warburton's did a fantastic job of making me a beautiful gold ring very quickly. Would recommend.
We define pre-owned fine jewellery as an item of jewellery made from precious metals (including silver, gold and platinum) that may also contain precious gemstones (such as diamonds, rubies, emeralds and sapphires) that has been previously worn and is now available for re-sale.
We buy in pre-owned jewellery in a number of ways, including:
Vintage jewellery generally refers to items that are 20-100 years old.
Where as antiqe jewellery refers to items that are 100+ years old.
We can identify the age of the pieces through the hallmark and assay stamps, as well as inspecting the items to identify the classic characteristics of the era they are from.
In most cases, yes! You can enjoy the quality craftsmanship, weight and appearance of luxury jewellery with a considerable saving compared to newly manufactured items.
The value of the items decreases with general wear and tear and, in most cases, age.
However, in some cases, vintage and antique styles can be worth more today than when they were originally made – especially with designer jewellery pieces and watches.
